The Newport Beer Run — formerly the Craft Brew Races — is a timed 5K road race followed by an unforgettable craft beer festival inside the walls of Fort Adams.

Not interested in running? No problem! Festival only tickets are available as well. The 3-hour post-race beer festival features sampling of more than 30 breweries, live music and food trucks.

Onsite registration and tickets are available day of at +$10 from the online cost.

What Do I Get?

All festival-goers receive a pint glass and entry to the festival — with all-samples-included beer tasting, live music, vendors and food trucks selling onsite. All Designated Drivers ticket holders receive a different bracelet at registration. They are welcome to enjoy the festival and designated snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.

What to Bring

Festival Only and Designated Driver participants must present their ID and their Eventbrite ticket (printed or mobile) at the gate of the Beer Festival at 12:30 PM, following the race for access to the festival.

Food vendors will be onsite selling, so cash is also recommended.

Volunteer With Us

Sign up to be a volunteer to help with race registration, a water stop, or course marshaling, and as soon as the run is complete, join your running buddies at the festival! All volunteers get a T-shirt and entry to the Brew Fest.

Parking

Event day parking is available onsite at Fort Adams State Park. Please allow yourself ample time on race morning to park and check in at bib pick-up as the parking fields are 0.5 miles from registration and the race start.
